PW Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between PECZAWEB CONSULTANCY ("we", "us") and the business or person using PW ("you", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. The Service

The Service converts documents into text and structured data and provides related features such as review, exports, email intake, an API and webhooks. We may improve or change features; we will not materially reduce the core Service during a paid term without notice.

2. Accounts

• Keep login details and API keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under your workspace.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

3. Your content

You own the documents and data you send to the Service ("Customer Content"). You give us permission to store and process Customer Content only to provide and support the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to share the documents and any personal data in them, and for checking extracted data before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• break any law, or process documents you have no right to process;
• upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• reverse engineer the Service or resell it except under a written partner agreement with us.

5. Plans, fees and taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period, in Indian rupees, plus applicable GST.
• Each plan includes a monthly page allowance. Processing stops for the rest of the month when an allowance is used up, until you upgrade.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice.
• Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. After termination you can request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software and documentation. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

8. Disclaimers

Text recognition and AI extraction can make mistakes. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that results will be error-free; use the review features and your own checks before relying on extracted data for financial, tax or legal decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in that period.

10. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims arising from Customer Content you had no right to process or from your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dindigul have exclusive jurisdiction.
