The time the voice agent spends on your calls: inbound, outbound and browser tests. Each call is rounded up to the next minute and counted against the month.
Phone call charges and your ExoPhone numbers are billed by Exotel to your own account, at the rates you agree with them.

Each reply the AI agent sends in a WhatsApp chat counts once against the month. Messages from workflows, campaigns and your team do not.
Meta bills WhatsApp's own charges to your WhatsApp Business account, at Meta's rates. Marketing templates cost more than utility ones.
Your SMS gateway bills SMS to your account with them, at the rates you agree. Your DLT registration stays in your own name.

Each page of a PDF, or each image, that is processed counts as one text page. If AI field extraction is used on it, it also counts as one AI extraction page. Reprocessing a document counts its pages again.
New documents stop processing with a clear message until the next month starts or your plan is upgraded. Documents already processed stay available.

Plans differ in more than pages: higher plans allow more active workflows, more kinds of connectors (such as databases and accounting systems), custom document types, more team members, supplier onboarding, AI calling and WhatsApp & SMS. Each plan card lists what it includes, and we can tailor an Enterprise plan to what you need.
AI calling is included in selected plans. Each workspace connects its own Exotel account, so Exotel bills the phone call charges and your numbers directly to you, at your Exotel rates. The minutes in your plan are AI minutes: the time the voice agent spends on your calls. Each call counts its length rounded up to the next minute, and browser test calls count too. When a plan has a monthly limit and it is used up, the agent stops taking and placing calls until the next month or an upgrade; running campaigns pick up again then.
WhatsApp & SMS is included in selected plans. Each workspace connects its own WhatsApp Business account on Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and its own SMS gateway, so Meta bills WhatsApp's charges and your gateway bills SMS charges directly to you, at their rates. The limit in your plan covers AI chat replies: each reply the AI agent sends in a chat counts once. Messages sent by workflows, campaigns and your team do not count against it. When a monthly limit is used up, new chats wait in the shared inbox for your team until the next month or an upgrade. Pages of documents received on WhatsApp count against your page allowance as usual.
